About Socials
Socials is a professional portal providing personal link storage, Network profiles, professional preferences, agreements, assignments, event information, and opportunities. This policy applies to Socials. Our websites, stores, and external services may have separate privacy policies.
Account and Network Information
We use Supabase to authenticate accounts and store information needed to provide Network services. This includes email addresses, account identifiers, and information members submit to their Network profiles, such as display names, biographies, organizations, city, state, country, website links, and profile-image links.
We also store selected industries, services offered, and support needs. These records are associated with the member’s account and help us provide relevant professional connections, resources, and opportunities.
Network profile information designated for member visibility may be made available to other Network members. Account credentials are not intended for member sharing.
Personal Link Storage
The reviewed personal-portal feature saves its display name, biography, and links locally on the device. This local saving function does not itself upload that content to Supabase. Separate information submitted through the Network profile is stored on our servers through Supabase.
Agreements, Assignments, and Events
Socials retrieves account-related agreements and assignments and displays event information. Selecting an external document, application, booking, or opportunity link may open a third-party service.
Advertising and Analytics — Planned Integration
We are preparing to integrate Google AdMob and Google Analytics for Firebase. These integrations are not activated merely by creating our Google accounts.
Before releasing a version that uses these services, we will update this policy to describe the implemented collection, purposes, providers, retention settings, and available privacy controls. Required consent will be obtained before the corresponding processing begins.
Affiliate Offers and External Services
Some opportunities contain affiliate links. We may earn a commission when a qualifying action is attributed to our referral. External providers may use cookies, identifiers, or other attribution technologies under their own policies. A referral does not guarantee eligibility, earnings, or payment to the member.
Privacy Choices and Requests
Contact arae612@gmail.com to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information held by The Royal Group Men, subject to applicable requirements and permitted retention.
Permission for cross-company advertising tracking, when requested, is optional. Declining that permission will not remove access to core account services. Local portal entries can be edited through the portal editor.
Retention and Security
We retain server-side information as needed to provide services, maintain relevant business records, resolve disputes, and meet applicable obligations. No storage or transmission method guarantees absolute security.
Children
Socials is not directed to children. Parents or guardians concerned that a child has submitted personal information may contact us.
Changes
We will update this policy when our practices change and provide additional notice where required.
